Danielle Cosgrave

Marketing Specialist

I joined Immedis in October 2017 after a meeting with the Global Marketing Director. It was exciting to hear about a vibrant, innovative company in Dublin and the opportunity to help grow a global brand was something I didn’t want to miss out on in my career.

In college I studied Communications and then worked in video production. My love for a fast paced start-up environment began after working in New York in advertising.

Here in Immedis, I manage all our events and drive our employer branding which includes producing videos and other exciting content that’s essential to the success of the company.

Osman Osman

Research and Development Manager

I joined Immedis when I heard about the culture and the exciting plans they had for the future. I love making things work smoothly and designing the future of technology, so right away I knew I wanted to work here.

My role as the Research and Development Manager is to drive the software development and technical innovation for iConnect. I work closely with the other departments to make sure that client and delivery team feedback integrates with our product roadmap to provide the best global payroll solution in the market.

Previously I worked in financial consultancy and fin-tech software development roles. I have an MA in Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Computer Science.

The fun atmosphere, the team spirit and working hard with my colleagues to make a great product are just some of the reasons why I love working here.

Barry Flanagan

Global Tax Director

I’ve been lucky enough to be with Immedis from the beginning. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Consultant but was looking for a new challenge when my former mentor Christine Keily offered me the chance to help set up a new Global Mobility and International Payroll service line here.

As Global Tax Director, there is a wide variety in my role, from assisting Business Development function to working directly with our in-house developers to augment our Tech platform. While the media work I do is always a welcome change of pace, my primary focus will always be on Service Delivery.

Despite the extraordinary growth we’ve experienced over the last 5 years, Immedis has been able to retain the best features of a start-up – flat structure, empowered and flexible employees that results in a dynamic team bringing innovative tech to the market.

Martin Smith

Global Head of Onboarding

As a Computer Science graduate, I built on my technical background and decided to continue my passion for Project Management and Service Delivery Excellence through the use of great technology.

At Immedis, I look after the successful onboarding of our new clients to our Global Payroll Technology and Payroll Managed Service. I help our existing clients when they want to expand the current scope of their service with us – like bringing onboard an acquisition in a new country.

I joined in 2017 after I followed the growth of the company and after I met with the COO and Chief Tax and Payroll Officer I knew Immedis was a company that was moving places fast. It seemed to have an exciting growth trajectory ahead of it and I just had to be involved.

I love that everyone here wants to help improve the technology and services we supply, and will do everything they can to make it happen.
